When I took the photo of Mr. Noto at the barber shop in New Milford, photo on the cover page, I had to help him into the car because he could not lift up his legs high enough. It was one of his lasts visits to the barber on his own. Almost to the day, one year later, he passed away on June 1, 2017. Thank you Jasper J. “Gabby” Noto for your service.
